The central element of the Takt workstation is the work surface of a workbench.
The cycle workstation must be as flexible as possible in order to be ideally adapted to your task.
In lean manufacturing, the aim is to design a workplace as clearly, transparently and ergonomically as possible in order to make the work processes fluent and intuitive.
Individually configurable superstructures offer space for work instructions, documentation and tools.
The patented K.Lean universal clamping rails can then be used to attach infinitely variable tool holders in the optimum working position, making the use of tools easier and faster.

Workbench systems
With our workbench systems we offer you extremely stable frames made of galvanized sheet steel which are firmly screwed to the workbench. The worktop is usually a 40 mm thick beech wood multiplex board, oiled with varnish and bevelled on all sides.
Our workbench systems are extremely resilient and absolutely vibration-resistant.
With various extras you have the possibility to adapt the K.Lean workbenches ideally to your application.
Assembly trolley
Not all components can be machined stationary and are of a size to fit on a workbench.
That is why we have developed the K.Lean assembly trolleys which, with the patented K.Lean tool holder system, gives you the possibility to adapt the trolley to your individual needs in order to provide your employees with ergonomics and quality.
Storage and preparation
Do your employees have to walk back and forth between the workplace and the warehouse permanently to bring the required material to the workplace? Pure waste - Muda! Use staging carts to fill the cart in the warehouse and then drive it to the workplace quickly and efficiently.
