Mobile assembly trolley MW 620 The mobile assembly trolley was specially designed for series and individual assembly in the workshop. Fast and flexible access to assembly materials The sturdy shelves can be fitted with storage viewing boxes 400 x 100 mm, optionally with 115 mm width or 230 mm width. The design of the mounting trolley provides for either horizontal mounting (standard) of the shelves or, if desired, conversion so that the shelves are inclined at an angle of 20° to the front. The K.Lean tool holders are variably attached to the patented universal clamping rail. The clamping rail is extruded from aluminium profiles and anodised. Together with the separately available tool holders, it offers a unique, linear and flexible organization system. In free-floating use, the clamping rail unfolds its full potential: The system offers access to the tools, transparent workstations and additional depth (which benefits the offset mounting of tool shadows or special holders). The rail's closed top profile prevents coarse soiling. Sliding nut slides are located at the back and at the bottom, which can be used toattach various accessories(special holders, tool shadows). The universal clamping rail is part of the workbench attachments and the mounting trolley. It is available individually and by the metre for individual designs and applications. The clamping rail can be easily attached to walls and other flat surfaces in addition to the floating installation.

With a magnetic holding force of two times 20 N per holder it is the universal talent among tool holders.  The variable concept of the universal tool holder makes unused special holders from set offers a thing of the past: The tool holder adapts to the requirements of the workplace. If required, it can be clipped onto the universal clamping rail with a single movement! Completely without tools and without further securing! It can be removed just as quickly. Horizontally, the holder can be moved continuously on the clamping rail. The lateral stop bar ensures vertical alignment of the tool. The stop is set to the right, left, double-sided or passive by simply changing the position.The tool is located 30 mm away from the rear edge of the holding rail.
