BSW 460 supply trolley

Supply cars are used for series and individual assembly in the workshop, where only the smallest space is available. 

The idea behind it is to load the individual parts needed for an assembly in counted numbers onto the trolley and to drive it to the workstation where the assembly is then produced. This way you have a structure in logistics and minimize parts tourism in production.

Very stable construction: 

The 2 mm thick hot-dip galvanised floor assembly is equipped with 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel/brake castors. Left and right side panels 2mm thick, powder coated in RAL 2004, orange. Sturdy, galvanized steel shelves can be mounted horizontally or 25° inclined. The hole patterns are available for both mounting variants.

The supply trolley can be equipped with 4 Euro containers 400 x 300 x 150/170mm (standard car box) 3 shelves, or 3 Euro containers 400 x 300 x 250 mm with 2 shelves

• Load per shelf 15 kg (with 4 boxes)
• Load per shelf 20 kg (with 3 boxes)
