Heavy duty pallet transport cart at low height. So you can use this trolley as a chassis for Euro pallets.
Stable steel frame construction made of pressed profiles, screwed into 4 stable corner connection consoles with guide function.
Designed for handling heavy materials in the factory and in production. You can easily place the pallet on the trolley and transport it by hand to the right place without having to resort to forklifts or ants.
- The surface is hot-dip galvanized and therefore built for long-lasting use.
- Version for 1200 kg and 1800 kg load capacity available.
- The optionally available cross beam prevents the Euro pallet from bending or breaking through when heavy weights are placed on it. We recommend this from a load of 300 kg.

Features:
The galvanized floor pan has two fixed and two swivel castors (d=100mm), easy-running blue wheels and is made of 2 mm thick sheet steel for stability and powder-coated in RAL 2004 orange. The blue elastic wheel covering (blue wheels) gives the cleaning station perfect sliding properties. It can therefore be moved very quietly, floor-protecting and vibration-damping.
The practical and ergonomic push handle allows you to move the station easily between work areas.

Assembly instructions
The K.Lean Station 460-4, 460-5 and 460-6 are screwed on a one-way pallet 800x620 and delivered stretched with opal foil. For reasons of possible transport damage, the wheels are supplied loose with screws. The holders for the Hallenser edge shovel and hall broom must be screwed over from the transport safe position according to the assembly instructions.

Chaque chargeur de batterie pour un chariot élévateur à fourche est muni de l'étiquette de sécurité appropriée. Cela inclut en fait les équipements de sécurité au travail tels que les douches oculaires et les gants antiacides.
En outre, chaque chargeur de batterie occupe une connexion électrique. Connaissez-vous la situation où un employé veut charger le chariot élévateur pendant la nuit, mais qu'il n'a pas vu que son collègue avait débranché le câble du chargeur pour brancher un autre appareil ? Les coûts que vous encourez parce que vos employés ne peuvent pas travailler parce que le chariot élévateur est vide sont immenses.
