The TurnMan Welding turner is a cost effective alternative to expensive, electric turner to turn parts up to 300 kg with little force in order to improve the accessibility of welds and thus reduce the throughput time. This rotary turner gives you maximum flexibility through short set-up times and fast training of your employees. Adjust your fixtures to the mounting plate so that you can convert the rotary turner to the new component within minutes. The concept of this rotary turner is to turn and set up parts that are symmetrical to the centre of gravity easily and inexpensively. The system offers a locking in 15° steps with a patented spring bolt. Basic Version This minimum configuration is designed for rotationally symmetrical components which are screwed on here at the centre of gravity and can thus be rotated with little force.  Its particularly simple operation allows it to be used economically even by untrained personnel, both in small and medium batch production. The axis of rotation is bolted to the base frame, height adjustable for higher components.
