TurnMan 300 - Basic

The TurnMan rotary welding table is designed for low-force turning tasks on components up to 300 kg load capacity as a "one-man" activity.  This welding turntable is a very slim, rational positioner with an excellent price-performance ratio, can be used variably for welding and assembly work and offers a lot of foot space for more ergonomics at the workplace.The concept of the rotary welding table is based on the property that non-rotationally symmetrical components on the rotary table can be brought to the respective centre of gravity by means of a hand crank and can thus be turned into the respective position quickly and easily with little force. The system offers locking in 15° steps with a patented spring bolt. Once the centre of gravity  has been defined by the workpiece, the working height of the  support table is determined using a setting table supplied and the system is brought into position and adjusted along a measuring ruler using only a single spindle stroke axis.  Its particularly simple operation allows even untrained personnel to use it economically as a manipulator for turning and turning components, both in small and medium series production. The rotation axis is bolted to the base frame, height adjustable for higher components up to a load capacity of 300kg. Optionally available with hydraulic, vertical lift as "Turnman Lift incl. wheel set mounted (2x brake/steering roller, 1x rigid) You can easily change between the delivered table and one of your fixtures by inserting it comfortably into the keyholes using the suspension bolts and then just fixing it (see picture). Le TurnMan Lift est le perfectionnement constant de notre tourneur de soudure TurnMan. Un tourneur rotatif moderne et rationnel pour vos tâches de soudage, d'assemblage ou d'assurance qualité. Tournez et retournez manuellement et facilement des composants jusqu'à 300 kg. Vous n'avez plus besoin d'investissements coûteux pour placer vos composants rapidement, efficacement et en toute sécurité dans la bonne position. Le verrouillage à ressort breveté vous permet de tourner votre composant par pas de 15° dans plusieurs axes. Au moyen d'une manivelle, vous pouvez facilement et rapidement ajuster  le centre de gravité de votre composant, puis le tourner aussi légèrement qu'une plume. Vous pouvez ensuite utiliser l'unité de levage intégrée pour régler confortablement la hauteur du composant à l'aide de la télécommande manuelle, afin d'obtenir une ergonomie et une accessibilité idéales pour votre composant. La course permet un réglage en hauteur de 400 mm. 3 axes : 1. axe pour la rotation du composant à l'horizontale, 2. axe pour la rotation sur la table, 3. axe comme réglage de la hauteur. The mobile assembly trolley is specially designed for series and individual assembly in the workshop. An indestructible, 30 mm thick multiplex board made of beech wood serves as a worktop.  Screw boxes for small parts are suspended on two carrier rails. Galvanized floor plate 5 galvanized steel shelves mounted horizontally as standard to store the optionally available transparent storage boxes. Chassis with Ø100 mm rollers. 2x swivel castor, 2x fixed castor. 2x K.Lean universal clamping rail pre-assembled. 1x support rail pre-assembled for hanging screw boxes. 25 pcs. K.Lean universal tool holder pre-assembled. Ergonomic handle for moving the trolley mounted on one side. On request the trolley can also be converted to shelves for KLT boxes 400x300. Optionally available are a screwdriver holder and a tool holder set(consisting of a universal clamping rail with mounting profiles and 20 universal tool holders).
