Le TurnMan Lift est le perfectionnement constant de notre tourneur de soudure TurnMan.
Un tourneur rotatif moderne et rationnel pour vos tâches de soudage, d'assemblage ou d'assurance qualité.
Tournez et retournez manuellement et facilement des composants jusqu'à 300 kg. Vous n'avez plus besoin d'investissements coûteux pour placer vos composants rapidement, efficacement et en toute sécurité dans la bonne position.
Le verrouillage à ressort breveté vous permet de tourner votre composant par pas de 15° dans plusieurs axes. Au moyen d'une manivelle, vous pouvez facilement et rapidement ajuster le centre de gravité de votre composant, puis le tourner aussi légèrement qu'une plume.
Vous pouvez ensuite utiliser l'unité de levage intégrée pour régler confortablement la hauteur du composant à l'aide de la télécommande manuelle, afin d'obtenir une ergonomie et une accessibilité idéales pour votre composant. La course permet un réglage en hauteur de 400 mm.

The TurnMan Welding manipulator is designed for low force turning tasks on components up to 300 kg as a "one man" operation.
This welding manipulator is a very slim, rational device with an excellent price-performance ratio, variable applicable for welding and assembly work and offers a lot of foot space.The concept of the welding manipulator is based on the property that non-rotationally symmetrical components are brought to the respective centre of gravity of mass on the lifting unit by means of a hand crank and can thus be turned into the respective position quickly and easily with little force.
The system offers locking in 15° steps with a patented spring bolt.
Once the centre of gravity has been defined by the workpiece, the working height of the support table is determined using a setting table supplied and the system is brought into position and adjusted along a measuring ruler using only a single spindle stroke axis.
Its particularly simple operation allows it to be used economically even by untrained personnel, both in small and medium series production.
The rotation axis is screwed into the base frame, height adjustable for higher components.
Optionally with hydraulic, vertical stroke (see further TurnMan variants)

Convenient and quick hanging of fixtures via keyholes possible. Simply take over the hole patterns into your jigs and fixtures and then attach them quickly and flexibly to the TurnMan (see picture)
